Step 1:
Walkover Survey (free initial assessment)
Our experienced environmental scientists and engineers will attend your property and effectively assess the risks, contain the loss of fuel (if required), and minimise the scale and scope of any required future remedial works. We will also undertake air analysis and issue advices for the safety of your family and the environment.
Step 2:
Site Investigation
AM Environmental has experienced environmental scientists and engineers who attend the site and implement a comprehensive site investigation for a specific pollution spill incident. A comprehensive site investigation should quickly delineate both the vertical and horizontal extent of the contaminant while also identifying the specific risks as with future potential impact to receptors such as human health, buildings, controlled waters, third party property and the environment. In the majority of cases, samples of soil and water will be taken and sent to an independent laboratory for analysis to confirm the scope of remediation required. A detailed report will then be issued.
Step 3:
Remediation
The next stage is to complete the remediation works, these works are agreed prior to commencement with the property owner and the insurance representative. AM Environmental employ technically experienced scientists and engineers with a great reputation and a proven track record for providing some of the most advanced and cost effective techniques available in the remediation of contaminated land. Our practical approach using in-house developed technical equipment and solutions puts us at the forefront of the remediation industry.
On completion of the above works our scientists will retrieve validation samples from the remedial area and issue them to an accredited laboratory for analysis. On receipt of successful results, reinstatement of works will commence. On completion of all works a validation report will be complied and issued to the property owner and their insurer.
